The SDES Golf Outing and Scholarship Raffle is Thursday, August 14th!
Thank you again for your generous support of the Eastern Chapter Scholarship Fund! Whether you are golfing, donating, sponsoring, buying a raffle ticket, or joining us for lunch -- your support of the Golf Outing and Raffle will help grow our scholarship fund and advance the engineering profession!

Weather: There is a chance of rain early tomorrow morning. Please watch your email. All weather related information will be sent to you via email.
Door Prize Items: Everyone goes home with a door prize! We appreciate your generosity in donating water bottles, golf items, t-shirts, and other items! We think a little friendly competition as to who can bring the best door prize items is a great idea -- so feel free to step up your game against the competition this year! If you are golfing, remember to drop your door prize items and/or raffle prizes off with Nancy at the clubhouse before you head out to golf. If you are not golfing, you can drop your items off with Nancy upstairs in the clubhouse during the day. Please have your items to her prior to 11am.
Raffle Tickets and Monetary Donations: If at all possible, please purchase your raffle tickets and/or make monetary donations in advance online. Things may get pretty crazy at the course, so advance purchases are appreciated. Monetary donations can be made anytime. Visit SDES.org and follow the link on the home page to purchase your ticket or make your donation.
Golfers: Tee off time is at 9am! This means you should be at the course absolutely no later than 8:30am. When you arrive at the course, check in with Nancy, grab your breakfast and drop off any raffle or door prize items before you go out on the course.
Beverages and Lunch: Join us for cocktails at 12:30pm and lunch at 1:30pm -- or anytime to cheer the golfers in off the course! In past years, we have been done a bit early, so if you are coming for lunch only - please be at the clubhouse by 12:30pm!
