Annual Partnership Packages

The South Dakota Engineering Society (SDES) offers a variety of sponsorship, exhibitor, and advertising opportunities throughout the year. These include visibility at our Annual and Fall Conferences, in The South Dakota Engineer quarterly newsletter, on the SDES website, and through additional Society and chapter events.

To simplify participation and maximize the value of your marketing investment, SDES offers Annual Partnership Packages. These bundled options provide consistent exposure to engineering professionals across South Dakota while streamlining the sponsorship process for your organization.

Detailed descriptions of each partnership and sponsorship level are outlined below.

Annual Silver Partnership — $1,275

Includes:

• Logo or business card placement on the SDES website homepage banner

• Business-card-sized ad in the SDES quarterly newsletter, The South Dakota Engineer

• Recognition as a Silver Partner on the SDES website Partner Page, including a link to your website

• Recognition as a Silver Partner at:

  • Annual Conference

    • Logo and recognition on the conference website

    • Inclusion in registration mailers

    • Recognition on conference PowerPoint slides

    • Verbal recognition during the conference

  • Fall Conference

    • Logo and recognition on the conference website

    • Inclusion in registration mailers

    • Recognition on signage and conference PowerPoint slides

    • Verbal recognition during the conference

• One (1) Annual Conference registration

• One (1) Fall Conference registration

• ¼-page advertisement in the Annual Conference Program

• Business-card-sized ad for one year (September–May) in the newsletter of one SDES chapter of your choice

Annual Gold Partnership — $1,775

Includes all Silver Partnership benefits, plus the following upgrades and recognition as a Gold Partner:

• Upgrade to a ¼-page advertisement in The South Dakota Engineer

• Upgrade to a ½-page advertisement in the Annual Conference Program

• One additional Annual Conference registration
  (Two total)

Annual Platinum Partnership — $2,475

Limited to four (4) partners per year

Includes all Gold Partnership benefits, plus the following upgrades and recognition as a Platinum Partner:

• Upgrade to a ½-page advertisement in The South Dakota Engineer

• Upgrade to a full-page advertisement in the Annual Conference Program
  (inside front or inside back cover)

• One additional Fall Conference registration
  (Two total)

• Opportunity to present a 30-minute Professional Development Hour (PDH) seminar at the Annual Conference

  • Session must qualify for 0.5 PDH

  • Educational content required

  • Subject to prior approval by the Conference Board

Fall Conference Exhibitor — $275

Includes:

• One exhibitor table, two chairs, and electricity

• Name badges for all exhibitors

• Recognition as a sponsor of the Social & Exhibit Hall Event

• Recognition as an Exhibitor during the conference

Exhibitor Schedule:

• Booths must be set up by 3:30 p.m. for the 4:00–6:00 p.m. Social & Exhibit Hall Event on October 29 (primary networking time)

• Exhibitors are encouraged to staff booths from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on October 30

• Two 15-minute exhibit breaks will occur during the conference (morning and afternoon)

Annual Advertising Package — $525

Includes:

• Logo or business card placement on the SDES website homepage banner

• Business-card-sized ad in The South Dakota Engineer

• Business-card-sized ad on the SDES website Partner Page

• ¼-page advertisement in the Annual Conference Program

• Business-card-sized ad for one year (September–May) in the newsletter of one SDES chapter of your choice

Eastern Chapter Newsletter Sponsorship

Includes:

• Business-card-sized ad in the monthly SDES Eastern Chapter Newsletter (September–May): $75

• One-time full-page advertisement in the SDES Eastern Chapter Newsletter: $75

Black Hills Chapter Newsletter Sponsorship

Includes:

• Business-card-sized ad in the monthly SDES Black Hills Chapter Newsletter (September–May): $75

• One-time full-page advertisement in the SDES Black Hills Chapter Newsletter: $75
