Annual Partnership Packages

The South Dakota Engineering Society (SDES) offers a variety of sponsorship, exhibitor, and advertising opportunities throughout the year. These include visibility at our Annual and Fall Conferences, on our social media pages, on the SDES website, and through additional Society and Chapter events.

To simplify participation and maximize the value of your marketing investment, SDES offers Annual Partnership Packages. These bundled options provide consistent exposure to engineering professionals across South Dakota while streamlining the sponsorship process for your organization.

Detailed descriptions of each partnership and sponsorship level are outlined below. Partnership Packages run from July 1 - June 30th. If you are signing up mid-year - such as at the time of the Annual Conference - the packages can be prorated. (See the Annual Conference Pricing below)

SDES Partnership Packages

*Session must qualify as a 0.5 PDH Educational Session. Subject to prior approval by the SDES Conference Board

Annual Conference Partnership Rates

If you missed signing up for a Partnership Package earlier in the year and are signing up at the time of the Annual Conference, you can purchase a prorated package that runs from March 15th - June 30th, 2026. The packages are as follows and include the applicable benefits for the timeframe indicated:

• Platinum Package: $1425
• Gold Package: $925
• Silver Package: $525

Annual Conference Exhibitor — $375

Includes:

• One exhibitor table, two chairs, and electricity

• Name badges for all exhibitors

• Recognition as an Exhibitor during the conference

Exhibitor Schedule:

• Booth set up is 7am - 9am on Thursday, April 30th, 2026

• Exhibitors are encouraged to staff booths from 7am to 3pm on April 30th, and from 7am to 10:30am on May 1st.

Annual Advertising Package — $525

Includes:

• Logo or business card placement on the SDES website homepage banner

• Business-card-sized ad on the SDES website Partner Page

• ¼-page advertisement in the Annual Conference Program

• Business-card-sized ad for one year (September–May) in the newsletter of one SDES chapter of your choice

Eastern Chapter Newsletter Sponsorship

Opportunities include:

• Business-card-sized ad in the monthly SDES Eastern Chapter Newsletter (September–May): $75

• One-time full-page advertisement in the SDES Eastern Chapter Newsletter: $75

Black Hills Chapter Newsletter Sponsorship

Opportunities include:

• Business-card-sized ad in the monthly SDES Black Hills Chapter Newsletter (September–May): $75

• One-time full-page advertisement in the SDES Black Hills Chapter Newsletter: $75
