One of the greatest benefits of attending the SDES Annual Conference is the opportunity to interact with so many industry partners, including suppliers, equipment experts, firm and agency staff, and many other industry experts. Included below are a variety of ways for you to exhibit at our conference, sponsor a portion of the conference, and advertise or partner with SDES. EXHIBITOR, SPONSOR, AND PARTNER MENU ANNUAL CONFERENCE PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENT A printed program will be distributed to all in-person attendees. Print ready black and white advertisements must be received by SDES no later than close of business April 12th to be included in the printed program.
ANNUAL ADVERTISING PACKAGE $450 Wrap all your advertising needs up into one nice package! Print ready black and white advertisements must be received by SDES no later than close of business March 21st to be included in the printed program. The Annual Advertising Package includes:
SPEAKER AND EVENT SPONSORS The following Speaker and Event Sponsors will be recognized in the conference program, on the conference presentation, and on conference signage, as well as announced during the conference. Logos must be received by SDES by March 21st for conference recognition.
EXHIBITOR BOOTH Exhibitor's space will include one table, two chairs and electricity, if needed. Name badges will be provided for all exhibitors. Exhibit booth also includes conference awards luncheon tickets for up to two booth attendants. Breakfasts are not included, but may be purchased when registering.
ANNUAL PARTNERSHIP PACKAGES The South Dakota Engineering Society (SDES) has several sponsorship and marketing opportunities throughout the year, including our Annual and Fall Conferences, The South Dakota Engineer quarterly newsletter, a website, and other events. In order to streamline your sponsorship opportunities and to position your company to get the most outreach for your marketing investment, SDES has introduced Annual Partnership Packages. The Partnership Packages are as follows: ANNUAL SILVER PARTNERSHIP $1200 — Includes: ¨ Logo/Business Card on the SDES website’s homepage banner ¨ Business Card Sized Ad in the SDES quarterly newsletter, The South Dakota Engineer ¨ Recognition as a Silver Partner on the SDES website’s Partner Page, with a link to your website ¨ Recognition as a Silver Partner at the Fall Conference, including:
