2023 SDES Eastern Chapter Newsletter Sponsorship

Good Morning,

First, thank you for your past support and involvement in the South Dakota Engineering Society (SDES) Eastern Chapter!

Once again, we are offering the opportunity for you to continue your support by purchasing an advertisement in our SDES Eastern Chapter monthly newsletter, The Engineering Informer. 

The Eastern Chapter sends out this electronic newsletter to all members each month before our Chapter meetings. These Chapter meetings are typically the second Tuesday of each month, running from September through May. Newsletters are distributed to over 300 members of the Chapter and are also posted on the SDES website here.  

Revenue generated from advertising is used to support our Chapter’s activities, which include sponsoring scholarships for engineering students and sustaining MATHCOUNTS, a national program that promotes math education to middle school students by sponsoring team and individual math competitions.

This year, we have two options for including your advertisement in the newsletter:

• A business card sized ad (roughly 2" high x 3" wide), included in each newsletter for the year (Jan. - Dec.), for $75
• A full-page ad (roughly 10" high x 7.5" wide), included in one newsletter, for $75. This may be used to announce a new office location, invite members to an open house, celebrate a firm's anniversary or special award, etc. This ad can be in addition to your monthly ad and can be used any time throughout the year. Multiple full-page ads can also be purchased.

Additional information regarding the size and format of your ad will be sent in your confirmation email.
